Shipping policy
We offer a variety of shipping options for you to select at checkout including Standard Ground, Priority Mail, and Next Day Air.
We ship anywhere! Shipping rates will vary and there may be handling fees and duties depending on where you are in the world.
With the exception of weekends and holidays, we ship every day. Please keep in mind that we ship all products in stock within 1-3 business days* after you complete your purchase. NOTE: Inclement weather can affect shipping times. Please be patient with us as we do our best to get your orders out to you quickly during the winter.
Returns
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item(s) are defective, damaged or incorrectly packaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please send an email to robin@hideandfringe.com. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Within 30 days after delivery, you may return any brand-new, unused products for a refund of the price you paid for the item(s).
Any product returns made more than 30 days following the date of purchase require authorization. Authorization may include, but is not limited to, sending emails, texts, and requests for pictures of the item(s).
Please take note that each product's shading, hair length and color maybe slightly different. These bags come in assorted colors only and specific color requests will not be accommodated. Exchanges will not be accepted on the grounds of choosing colors.

Visit the reward page to view your points and redeem your earned rewards. Once you hit "Redeem," you'll be given a discount code to be used at checkout.

You can easily pay for your order with credit or debit, PayPal, or with Shop Pay payment installments.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive tracking information via the email that you placed your order with. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update depending on when the shipment is picked up by the carrier.
