Refund policy

NOTE: There are no return-related expenses that are covered by Hide & Fringe. In the event that you decide not to proceed with your first purchase, shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

NOTE: Hide and Fringe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Hide and Fringe is not responsible for packages not delivered on time due to postal, UPS, or FedEx issues.

Returns

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item(s) are defective, damaged or incorrectly packaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, please send an email to info@hideandfringe.com. Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Within 7 days after delivery, you may return any brand-new, unused products for a refund of the price you paid for the item(s).

Any product returns made more than 7 days following the date of purchase require authorization. Authorization may include, but is not limited to, sending emails, texts, and requests for pictures of the item(s).

Please take note that each product's shading, hair length and color maybe slightly different. These bags come in assorted colors only and specific color requests will not be accommodated. Exchanges will not be accepted on the grounds of choosing colors.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your bag once it arrives. If you notice any manufacturing flaws, let us know right away or within the first 5 days after receiving your order. Only flaws caused by the manufacturer (see below) are eligible for exchange. Defective item(s) cannot be returned without submitting a picture of the defect.

Once a picture is received and inspected within 5 days of your order, you will be sent a return label via email. After 5 days, returns and exchanges due to manufacturer defects will NOT be accepted. 

Manufacturing Defects include but are not limited to: 

  • Non-functioning Zippers
  • Broken Clasps
  • Straps
  • Handles
  • Rivets
  • Stitching
  • Seams

This DOES NOT include:

  • scratches
  • rips or tears 
  • dirty
  • chewed 
  • stained
