Important Shipping Information:

All shipping providers have suspended guaranteed shipping methods. What this means for us is that Air is the fastest shipping method, Priority is the next fastest and Ground is the slowest.

Hide & Fringe will NOT refund any shipping costs due to the shipping providers late delivery. 

We will process and ship in stock items within 1-3 business days* after purchase. Some items will ship differently.

Please take the time to read the descriptions and specifications before placing your purchase in case there are any restrictions on how or when a certain item may ship.

NOTE: Hide and Fringe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Hide and Fringe is not responsible for packages not delivered on time due to postal, UPS, or FedEx issues.

Drop ship orders vary depending on the manufacturer.

Please include the production time* for all custom bags. If you select a faster shipping method with a custom product, it will be shipped the way you choose AFTER production is completed.

With the exception of weekends and holidays, we ship every day. Please keep in mind that we ship all products in stock within 1-3 business days* after you complete your purchase.

Flat Rate Shipping:

Ground: Cheapest shipping. No guaranteed timeframe.

Priority: 4-6 Business Days

Air: 1-3 Business Days (If the shipment does not arrive in the allotted business days, please see Important Shipping Information at the top.)

International Shipping:

ANY customs-imposed charge or tax must be paid by the client for their delivery.

Overseas Shipping: This is a temporary flat rate shipping for international orders. This is due to USPS restricting shipping to many countries. This means to guarantee any shipment we must ship via UPS Worldwide, which is much more expensive.

We do not have an "Express International Shipping" available because there is no such shipping method. One country cannot force another deliver any package. This means the "Express" shipping is simply getting the package to your country's customs faster. Customs may hold any package for any length of time depending on your country's customs policy. We do not want any of our #HFBabes to waste their hard-earned money.

Business Days* - Every working day excluding weekends and holidays

Guaranteed Service* - Guaranteed number of business days from shipping date to delivery date excluding if the delivery date lands on weekends or holidays.

Production Time* - Also known as "Lead Time", this is the time it takes for a product to be made.
